01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ak4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to ak4d and its associated operating entities, accessible at https://ak4d.cam.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an anonymous visitor.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account created by a Player upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by ak4d that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
• "Services" — all products and features offered by ak4d, including but not limited to sports betting (including bandar bola — football bookmaking markets), casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and live dealer tables.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all ak4d operational communications.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ak4d platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ak4d strictly prohibits the use of its Services by minors. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual, not as a commercial entity or on behalf of a third party.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ak4d or any affiliated platform.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly and unambiguously prohibited in a manner that renders your use of ak4d unlawful.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ak4d, or an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ak4d Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP), residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one registered Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If ak4d detects that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that identity may be suspended, and any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts may be forfeited without recourse.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ak4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All ak4d Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Account Balances, bonus amounts, withdrawal limits, and all financial communications are expressed in Rupiah unless explicitly stated otherwise.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. Accordingly, all Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed, and at any time ak4d reasonably requests verification.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence may require up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete. During the review period, deposits remain accessible for wagering, but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.

ak4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if our fraud or compliance team identifies risk indicators on your account. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder differs from the registered ak4d Player — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, less any applicable transfer fees charged by the originating institution. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be fulfilled before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your KYC documents.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in standard standing; Black Diamond VIP tier members have dedicated limits negotiated with their personal account manager.
• ak4d charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. Bank or e-wallet transfer fees imposed by the receiving institution are the Player's responsibility.

5.4 Processing Times

Standard verified withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes between 07:00 and 23:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available window. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to enhanced fraud screening, system maintenance, or public holidays — processing may take up to 24 hours. You will be notified of any delay via email or live chat.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ak4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are optional — you are never required to accept a bonus. Once a bonus has been activated and wagering has commenced, the offer cannot be reversed or withdrawn. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds — or, where specified, real-money Balance — count toward wagering requirements.
• Wagers on sports markets with odds lower than 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward sports bonus wagering requirements.
• For casino bonuses, contributions from different game categories vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games contribute 10–20%, and certain excluded titles contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each bonus offer page.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 calendar days if wagering requirements have not been met. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ak4d employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, use of software to exploit promotional mechanics, and coordinated play between colluding accounts. If bonus abuse is detected, ak4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend or close the offending account.

6.4 Promotional Variations

Seasonal promotions — including campaigns aligned with Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting events such as the AFF Cup, BRI Liga 1 playoffs, and FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds — may carry distinct terms published on the respective promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet or wager is deemed accepted and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation of the transaction and it appears in your bet history. ak4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error — and to refund the staked amount to your Balance.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each wager. ak4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where irregular or high-risk wagering patterns are identified, without being required to disclose the specific reason for the adjustment.

7.3 Sports Betting Markets

ak4d offers a comprehensive range of sports betting markets including 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under totals, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, Half-Time/Full-Time, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets. For mix parlay bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a profit; a single losing selection voids the entire accumulator.

7.4 Casino & RNG Games

All casino game outcomes on ak4d are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested for statistical fairness. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available on individual game information pages. ak4d does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any RNG-governed game once it is in session.

7.5 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on ak4d are sourced directly from the official output of the respective reference markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and others). ak4d does not control or influence draw outcomes. Disputes regarding result accuracy must be raised within 24 hours of the draw time.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in an unsanctioned manner.
• Colluding with other Players, whether through shared strategies, shared accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional mechanics or manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account-per-player policy.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ak4d staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors rather than reporting them to ak4d support.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ak4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ak4d content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of ak4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ak4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

In summary: ak4d collects only the personal data necessary to provide and improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Responsible Gaming

ak4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their activity. Full details of available tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are described on our Responsible Gaming page.

Players who self-exclude agree that they will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts, using a different identity, or accessing the platform through alternative means. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance therein may be forfeited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to technical failures, system outages, or third-party network issues.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or match previews.

ak4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting ak4d support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your account (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already done.

13.2 Termination by ak4d

ak4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of — but not limited to — a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, underage gambling, or regulatory requirement. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, balances may be forfeited in full.

14 Amendments

ak4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ak4d holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits ak4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
